Their Story

As a kid, I've always wanted a cat. However, my parents wouldn't allow me to have any cats. When I graduated from the university and has the means to afford rent. Adopting a cat was the first thing I did. Bullet was a second generation stray and rescued by himself. He followed a dog owner and her dog home as wee 2 months old kitten. The dog owner posted his photo and the story how he got rescued on a local pet forum in Shanghai. I saw the story and immediately liked this brave little tiger. So he became my first fur baby. He brought so much joy to my life. He has so much energy and always zooms around the house. I can still hear his paws patting the floor when he galloped around home. He is a troublemaker with his curiosity and adventurous nature. He ran away from home three times when I wasn't paying attention the first 2-3 years. I was lucky to be able to find him back intact. Bullet has always had a big heart. He was always gentle and loving with all my fosters. Bullet moved with me from apartments to apartments when I was working and living in Shanghai, and moved with me and his brother Xiao Mo to New York in 2017. When I became the caregiver for my aging parents, he was my rock, my anchor and my emotional support until he passed away April 2025. I miss you so much my little tiger.
