Rusty was adopted on Valentine's Day and immediately lived up to the holiday by giving our family his whole heart. He was a constant fixture at every family dinner, resting his chin on the closest available knee just in case something dropped. Even as his muzzle turned gray, his puppy-like enthusiasm for life and his absolute devotion to his humans never faded.
