Loki's story

Loki… my heart. My sweet boy. You were my reason to get up every morning. My shadow, my soul dog, my constant for 15 and a half years. The most loving, silly, stubborn pup. So full of joy and always ready to share it with everyone you met. You made people smile everywhere you went, and you made my life brighter every single day. We were connected in a way I can’t fully explain. You gave me so much, and you taught me so much; about love, resilience, and what it means to show up with your whole heart. From beach runs and boat days to every place we called home, you were by my side through it all. My arms feel empty without you to hold. My heart aches every time I remember you’re not right beside me. I don’t quite know how to do this life without you, because you were such a big part of who I am. But I hope you’re at peace now. But I won’t say goodbye, because I will carry you in my heart until the day it stops beating. I hope you know you were my everything. And you always will be. Thank you. You saved my life.
